The KitchenAid 5KSMFPPC Attachment Pack includes a Food Grinder Accessory, a Fruit and Vegetable Strainer and a Rotor Fruit and Vegetable Slicer and Shredder, designed to be used with all KitchenAid® Stand Mixers. The Food Grinder Accessory is ideal for mincing meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, nuts and cheeses. It features a food pusher, a dual-sided four blade self-sharpening stainless steel knife and coarse and fine grinding plates. The Fruit and Vegetable Strainer will process soft fruits and cooked vegetables and is ideal for baby food, jams, purees and sauces. With an integrated strainer cone, strainer tray and splash shield, it strains food to a puree and separates pips, stems and skins so that peeling and coring is not necessary. The Rotor Vegetable Slicer and Shredder features a cone that attaches to the front of a mixer and includes three different drums that will shred and slice root and raw vegetables, potatoes, coconut, onions, cheese, nuts and even chocolate. With a medium and coarse shredding drum and a slicing drum, simply select the thickness required and let the mixer do the hard work.
